At Gaia Ella, we offer a variety of yoga styles for all levels—from gentle Hatha to dynamic Vinyasa to restorative Nidra.   Whether you're looking to start your journey with yoga, deepen your practice or simply reconnect with body and mind, our experienced, compassionate teachers are here to guide you every step of the way.

OUR CLASSES

Our donation-based yoga classes are designed to encourage giving from the heart. While we invite you to contribute what you feel is right, we suggest a minimum donation of 1500 LKR. This helps cover the cost of upkeep, teacher compensation, and maintaining the space.

 

Your generosity ensures we can continue offering accessible, high-quality yoga while supporting our community and teachers. Give what you can, and know that every contribution helps nurture the practice and sustain this welcoming space for all.
